By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Product Information, Availability & Natural Variations

  • We strive to display product details, finishes, dimensions, and lead times accurately. However, minor variations in materials—such as wood grain, texture, color tone, or natural knots, and fabric weave—are normal and not defects.
  • Dimensions are approximate and may vary by 2–3 inches due to hand-finishing and upholstery tolerances.
  • Availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a refund.

 

2) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • Unless stated otherwise, prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable VAT/sales taxes where required by law.
  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout or on your quotation and may vary by location, access conditions, and scheduling.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors. If a price error materially affects your order, we’ll contact you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel and refund.

 

3) Delivery, Access & Risk of Loss

  • Coverage: Delivery is within Lagos State via our team or trusted carriers.
  • Out-of-state deliveries may be arranged via third-party carriers on request and subject to separate fees and timelines. If you or your agent handle delivery, any damage or liability is not covered by us.
  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring adequate access (doorways, corridors, staircases, lifts, estate approvals, parking). Please measure before ordering; re-delivery or failed delivery due to access issues may attract additional fees.
  • Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect items at delivery. Note visible damage/shortages and notify us within 72 hours with clear photos.
  • Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your address or collection by you/your agent.

 

4) Assembly & Installation

  • If assembly/installation is required, our team will handle it as stated on your order.
  • If you or your contractor assemble/install items, any damage or instability resulting from incorrect assembly, misuse, or deviation from our guidance is not covered by us.

 

5) Lead Times & Production Windows

  • Lead times for made-to-order items are estimates (10–12 working days) and may vary due to material availability, quality checks, and production capacity.
  • We’ll keep you informed of material delays and revised dates. We’re not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure).

 

6) Returns & Refunds

  • Note: Custom or made-to-order items may be non-returnable except for manufacturing faults as set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

7) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  • Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless we say so, and are not redeemable for cash.

 

8) Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, acts of God, accidents, transport issues, civil unrest, or governmental actions.
