Small items arrive assembled. Large items are delivered and assembled by our team on site unless stated otherwise.

Measure doorway width/height, stair turns, and elevator size, then compare to the item’s packaged dimensions. If access is tight, ask about split frames or modular options.

Yes—send us room photos and measurements. We’ll suggest sizes and layouts at no cost.

Lead Times

Ready-to-ship: typically 2 working days in Lagos.
Made-to-order: usually 10–12 working days.

Sometimes—tell us your deadline and we’ll confirm if an expedited slot is available (additonal fee may apply).

Returns

Please inspect on delivery and note any issues. Share photos within 72 hours. We’ll repair or replace promptly at no cost to you.

Materials & Care

We work with durable upholstery, quality foams, hardwood frames, and premium veneers/solid woods depending on the piece.

Vacuum upholstery weekly, blot spills immediately, rotate loose cushions, use coasters/placemats, and keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. .

Custom Projects & Trade

Absolutely. Share your design and dimensions and we’ll produce it.

Yes—we furnish homes, offices, lounges, and hospitality spaces. Volume pricing and project management are available.

After-Sales & Support

We offer repairs and parts replacement on our furniture. Send photos for a quick assessment.

We can disassemble/reassemble eligible pieces within Lagos for a service fee. Book at least 1 week in advance.
